Swastik Bhandari of CEC Bridgeport, a civil engineer, was a member of a team who authored an article in the journal Hydrology: “Analyzing the Effects of Short-Term Persistence and Shift in Sea Level Records Along the US Coast.” The study analyzes gradual trends and abrupt shifts in sea level on the United States coast, helping to better understand sea level variability and offer more detailed knowledge of the trends, which can be useful for water managers.
