CEC Tucson was established in November 2023, stemming from the acquisition of Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (EEC). The acquisition is part of our ongoing strategy to strengthen and expand our existing operations in the region. EEC was established in 1987 and has been providing expertise in the areas of environmental services, flood control and drainage, site development, land surveying, transportation, and water and wastewater.

We serve public sector, real estate, and solid waste clients with multi-discipline services that include design, permitting, construction quality assurance, project management, environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, landscape architecture, survey, water and wastewater, and air quality permitting.
